Gluten Free Almond Bread
I've been experimenting with gluten free bread recipes for a while now. For this loaf I used almond meal, coconut flour and ground flax seed. Finding just the right combination of flours has been the hardest part of making gluten free bread. A lot of recipes call for rice flour, but I don't care for the aftertaste it leaves. This bread also has a nice texture and holds up well in the toaster.
I ended up making french toast with several slices. Yum!

This looks delicious. It's been so long since I've made French Bread. That sounds like a wonderful idea!

Sounds delicious, but alas, husband is allergic to nuts so it's a no-no for us! Shame!
