Red apples symbolize the traditional teachers gift. This keepsake puts a bit of whimsy on tradition. An A+ gift that will show that their dedication has not gone unnoticed. A small token of appreciation for a special teacher.
I am originally from the Midwest and transplanted to North Georgia years ago.
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, avid hiker, quirky photographer, letter writer (with a good cup of coffee by my side), gluten free dessert baker, recipe collector. I love beautiful cotton fabrics and lovely cardstock.
I started Thoughtful Hearts in memory of my grandmother. She was an avid seamstress and would sew unique keepsakes from fabric remnants for family and friends.
My grandson's love of drawing has inspired me to take up pencil myself.
Hours of doodling with pencil, ink and watercolors has led to making art cards.
